A graduate of the University of Health Sciences in Kansas City, Missouri, Dr. Myers completed an internship at Cuyahoga Falls General Hospital in Akron, Ohio, followed by a residency at the Tulsa Regional Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Dr. Myers practiced in Akron, Ohio for 15 years, serving as Chairman of Medicine at Cuyahoga Falls General Hospital for over 10 years. Dr. Myers was the Internal Medicine Trainer for Cuyahoga Falls General Hospital for over 10 years, and chaired the Internal Medicine residency at Ohio University for 5 years.
Dr Myers relocated to southwestern Virginia in 2003, completing his dermatology training and boards, helping expand the dermatologic care in this region.
He is a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Internists and is Board Certified in Dermatology. He is an active member of the American Osteopathic Association, American Medical Association, ACOI and American Association of Physician Specialist, Inc. Dr. Myers’ primary interests are medical and cosmetic dermatology.
As a lifelong resident of “Four Seasons” country, Dr. Tolliver graduated from Concord College in 1984, and earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine.
Degree from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in 1988. Dr. Tolliver completed a rotating internship and his residency in Dermatology at Cuyahoga Falls General Hospital in Akron, Ohio from 1988 to 1993. He also earned his Locum Tenens degree at Hawaii Permanente Medical Group in Honolulu, Hawaii in 1993.
He is Board Certified in Dermatology, and a member of the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology, American Osteopathic Association, American Academy of Dermatology, American Medical Association, American Association of Physician Specialist, Inc., Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, and the American Society for MOHs Surgery. Dr. Tolliver’s primary interests are surgical dermatology, including MOHs micrographic surgery and histology. He has successfully completed well over 2,000 MOHs cases.
